Thread: Cool, we're back online

Well i got a time out and had to refresh a couple of times. Did anyone else experience that?

I had People IMing me saying OMG AO got hacked XD

Im getting this everytime i close firefox and then go to Ao.

I got the same thing throughout the day until about an hour ago. I thought someone unplugged the server and didn't notice until now.

If your still having this problem (and are using Windows 2000/XP) run from the command line prompt the command "ipconfig /flushdns" (without the quotes), as this will remove any stale entries for the AO server...

Need more step by step details len. The process didnt work.

Hmmm... Try doing it in this order...

Reboot your computer

Use the Menu command Start->Run, and in the box type 'ipconfig /flushdns'

Open up your browser, and flush your Cache, Cookies, and Browsing History

then see if the problem still exists...
