Well for those that have supported this site for awhile now I think its about time you got something for that. so a list below will Show you what you guys will get..
- shoutbox: I will only allow Elete members to view the shoutbos. this is fair.
- Elite Gallery Section in the gallery. you can upload Ecchi and anything thats clean.
- Abillity to use Custom Avatars. (this is also added in for Community members as well.)
As for the regular members we will be removing the custom avatar feature from your profiles. Reason this is being done is to save on upload space of avatars to the board.
There are still some stuff under discussion about it and I will keep you posted

Anyway, the custom avatar feature lets you upload any avatar of your liking in the Edit Avatar option under UserCP. If you don't have that ability, you would have to choose an avatar from a set of avatars... You basically can't use any avatar that you have a link for or that's saved in your computer. I think that's right.

When is this going to be actually starting?
i love this idea Inu-Yasha, btw what is a shout box for those of us who don't know (mainly pointing at me)?..
but this sounds like a great idea, finally people are rewarded for their long contributes (not me included lol). but yeah can't wait till its all set up.
Its kinda like a msn chat room thing. Only you do the chatting on AO in a box above or below the forum.
