Hey everyone. One of our beloved members (kaki tori kaizoku) approached me with what I think is a great idea....an AnimeOnline Puzzle Contest. kaki tori kaizoku has provided me with a list of questions/quizzes relating to Anime and the idea is that we will post the questions and give members one week to answer them via PM before providing everyone with the correct answers and selecting a winner (or winners) who guess the most correctly. The winner(s) would run the following week's competition, similar to how we operate the SOTW contest. The first puzzle/quiz is posted HERE and for this first one we will have a two week period for members to submit their answers. Since kaki tori kaizoku created the quiz this time, please PM your answers to her and she will track who has the most correct.
We will no doubt need to establish some rules as we go on this, but it should be fun. Please do not post answers on the main forum as that will ruin the fun.

Its going to be hard to stop people from cheating with google, but Best of luck to all those who participate!

i agree with acceman 67 most will cheat!
But what will you do if like 6 people have the answer all correct?
will there be 6 first place winners?
im confused!!

to be honest i dont know. either the first person to submit the correct answers to me will be first or i could make a tie breaker question.
We can have multiple winners. And to be honest, I am not concerned that people will cheat. This is a fun competition for those that want to participate. If people want to look up the answers and educate themselves at least they learned something about anime that they did not know before.

so it doesn't really matter if one cheats, the deadline is coming soon and so far i have only one person who submitted their answers to me.
are you guys just going to let him win?

The contest deadline has been increased by one week. So for those who did not make the deadline you still have a chance to enter. Please Please PM your answers by March 14 and title your PM subject (Anime Quiz Answers). PM your answers to myself and Cowboy bebop

I think the first quiz should be based on the rules here at AO. That way even if people do cheat they will have to look at the rules at the same time, so they will be learning the rules at the same time if they didn't know them beforehand. Yes, I am sneaky like that, but i've always wanted to do a quiz on the rules just to see how many people actually pay attention to them.
