Basically the above is normal etiquette and should apply everywhere on Anime Online. Anime Online is about bringing people with similar interests together and creating an enjoyable hangout.
No abuse of other members is tolerated.
We have made some new rules for the journal. They follow as such
Journal Rules
With some drama on the board the fallowing rules have went into effect. Failure to fallow these rules. Will result in a suspension of your account or a complete lockdown of your journal.
Rules
- What is posted in the journal STAYS in the journal. This means No girls fighting over a guy on the board on the public view on the forum.
- No rude comments about anyone no matter how much you hate them. Keep the rudeness to yourself or Post it in your Livejournal or Myspace. so we don't have to see it.
- No Sexual content in the journal. This also goes for links to hentai or Ecchi images.
Staff Actions
- An Smod or Admin can lock your journal for no longer than a week.. there are exceptions to this. If a drama has started up between you and other members it can be locked. You will not have journal privileges again.
- An admin can move you to the suspension group for breaking the rules posted here. This means you will lose all your site privileges till you can act mature enough to start being nice to people.
- If an admin/Smod gets a report of rude comments in a journal. The mod and admin staff has the right to delete that entry.

oooo, hmm some naughty bits in the journals... tsk tsk if you have a probelm and want to let out some steam i recommend you making a private journal...
you can let out all the anger in it.

What if a MOD violates these new journal rule. Would there be a punishment to that Mod/AO Staff Member?
All staff should know better, that's why they are staff. Staff can receive the same infractions as non-staff members. We should be setting a good example by our posts.
