i think it would be a good idea, it would give something for the members to look foward to...all the mods and .com members keep up the great work.

Wow! So many voted for WOTW.

I will roll it out on Monday. It will be every 2 weeks at this stage. Seems to be the best balance. Thanks everyone for the enthusiasm. This idea came to be from timmy t.

I LOVE the idea!! Wallpapers!! \(^w^)/

Finally something large enough to work on. I say that the bi-weekly idea is a bit confusing, the monthly wallpaper contest on the other hand is a good idea though. I'm sure that most of the SOTW entrants wants to join into it and...doing a sig AND a wallpaper every week is a bit tough for some...especially seeing how summer vaction is almost over and the rest of us has to work and stuff.^^;

Again, I'm all for it. \(^w^)/ So is everyone else, not a single vote for "No". ^^

Making a wall is just like making a sig just with much bigger dimensions. Yo have to adjust all youe effects and stuff to fit the size, plus there's more render to work. The huge space can be problematic though.

Personally I love the idea, it'd challenge the artists to get better in a different manner while teaching things the sig making avenue couldn't. But the problem, as stated before, is the number of people willing to wile away a few hours on a wall.

I'm gonna click yes.. and hopefully this idea won't sink like others have in the past.

it iz a very good idea. i think u should do it. it might make this a little bit more harder than what first expected it to be.
