I have to go to school in 1 day, and have a problem.......i have been staying up until 5am and have to get back into my regular sleep mode..........

For one. Turn off the computer. Don't even look at it. Clear your mind, and put on some music..
If you went to be in the afternoon then your f***ed
Anyway.. You are to stay up all night tonight!
Then stay up all day! Till night comes again. You'll be tried by then!
Then go to bed!
To fall asleep easily...........
1. Dont do anything an hour before sleeping. Just relax, and dont do anything exciting.
2. Listen to some soothing music. This might relieve the stress/excitement/pressure, etc. And of course, they make you sleepy
3. Try to keep the room cool. I sleep easier when its a bit cold, I think

4. Study all day. You'll be so bored at the end you wouldnt even want to stand up
good, except one major flaw........when i go to bed tonight, will the 7-8 hours of sleep be enough to rejuvenate my body which has been awake for the past 34 hours..........(to mr.k)

Just lay down in bed all day, and drink some milk...... they help
sleeping pills and a clock ok.
