well if it's mine i'm sad for a day and then i get over it...i been hurt so much i figured if they don't want me i don't need them. and if my friend i take them out for some fun and tell them the same thing.

I usually write about it and turn my thoughts into a poem. It helps me let go of my problems doing something that I love. But at the same time I try to confront my problem the best that I can. You never know, sometimes the best medicine is to think it through before becoming overly depressed. The last time I felt like my heart was broken I was very confused and weak at first, but I forced myself to be stronger and now my heart is not something easily broken.
