Thread: Which came first, the chicken or the egg?

I guess everyone thought I was being serious with this thread. Anyway, you could determine which came first, the chicken or the chicken egg, and that would be the egg. If anyone wants me to go into more detail, I will, but not right now.

What I was saying is that even before anything remotely similar to a chicken came around, different types of dinosaurs were laying eggs. See, I was taking the question in a literal sense. Which came first, the chicken or the egg. The egg's type being unspecified, I just used any egg in general.

Anyway, I was just joking around. Also, can people please stop slinging insults around?

The egg was where the chicken came from in the first place, but the chicken laid the egg. It's hard to say for sure....

Why do we care anyways???I mean who should care as long as you get an egg and can eat it.

I don't said the egg come first or that the chicken was first!!!!!!!!!!!!I just said be happy as long as you get the an egg from a chicken.If the chicken come first or the egg who cares.Just eat and be happy.
