fate stay night is a good anime show, it is about this holy war that must be fought by masters and servants. The story line is pretty kool, the characters are awesome too.

well.... I never watched iny-yasha or Trigun...So I hav no idea wat type of anime ur looking for. But I would recommend the following :
1) Cowboy bebop
2) Witch hunter Robin
3) Evangelion
4) Grave of fireflies

Well from wat I know Inu yasha has sort of a romantic feel to it... in which the animes listed above probably don't. But check em out anyway, lol. ^_^

Well, a lot of people seem to like Naruto.

Bleach as well, though I'm not so into it.

Gundam series also have a lot of fans. I prefer Gundam Seed and Gundam Seed Destiny, but I don't know much.

I don't really know... I only felt like posting. ^^; Heehee.
