I totally agree with your point here. Guys are usually not the receiver of these types of comments, except for our Kedaru, lol. That is exactly why I posted this thread, to get other's opinion on what they think is the best way to let someone down and not get a kick to the shins.

I could just sit for hours watching a series and forget the world is out there.... so i tend to watch it alone... it relaxes me.... so even then, my plan would not work, i would feel the need to make small talk and end up not enjoying the anime....at least not as much.
