But it's very sad while your enjoying the rain, there are others that are suffering from the catastrophie that comes to their place... That's why I'm thinking when it rains...

that's the wheel of life... some may be at the top... some may be below/ under...
some may be safe and secured , some are uncertain for their safety...
the rain can be a blessing and an unexpected foe at times...
