what i would do as a friend
i would keep an eye out for him to see if she cheats on him or something cause well those type of people dont deserve to be made a fool of.
and yeah maybe your friend likes her but if she cheats she doesnt deserve what he has to offer
so im saying you should just wait till she cheats and tell him cause then yoyu have real prove
