Well, it all depends on if she likes you or not....lol. That is the most important. When I was 21, I went out with a 24 year old, and then a 25 year old after that. Older women are very different and into very different things.
It's true that women mature more than men. When I was with them, I noticed that the way they behave are much more different than younger girls. It was a good experience.
I would not recommend dating a girl older than you unless you both are at the same maturity in your life.
