Although for the majority of everyone else, they might not be as lucky as your parents. I just can't seem to see that a 16 year old girl is seen enough of the world to be with one man. I do not deny the fact that this may exist, in seldom situations such as your parents, but I still strongly feel that 16 is too young, boy/girl to be dating 21 year old.

As I've stated before, the age difference does not matter so much as the younger party turns older...and matures...around at least 21.

It's love. If you both love each other that's all that matters. Age shouldn't take a part in a realationship. It's entirly up to you

i think love will work that out and as the saying goes "when it comes to love age doesnt matter" i believe that but if the age gap is like 20 yearss screw them man and whats bad about a 16 dating a 21 its just a date right

I think its ok if they are both at an equal maturity level; besides, age of concent in most states is 16, and in georgia if the girl is pregnant at 16 they would let her marry an older man if they both wanted to.

I personaly like older guys, most guys my age or close to it cant hold a conversation, and have almost nothing to teach me, they are usualy trying to learn the same things i am about life, and have no idea what they like out of life... they think they know.... but they usualy dont.

Well in my opinion i think that the 16 shouldnt be dealing with someone who is in their 20's. I know this girl in my school who did the SAME thing and the relationship ended in a VERY bitter ending, not to say all 16-21 relationship will turn out like that.

Its just that the 21 year old may have a bad agenda...

When i was 15 i dated a 21 year old guy. Well not on purpose. He said he was 18. And then fessed up. I was ok with it. But some other people were not. But those other people can shove it because if i am satisfied, that's all that should matter. But if you were my sister i would kill ya. I dont think its for every person. You have to be a litte more mature about it. I mean. Dont be with him if its just because of his age. Be with him if its because he makes you happy.

you make a good point, but i still think its okay, sort of. Thsi girl in my sisters skool was like 12 and she wasnt a virgine cuz she dated this guy that was 18 >.< and they had sex on there first date!so you can tell the guy was planning it.
