You die and go to heaven, god says that every billionth person gets the choice of conquering Earth or making their own. Which would you do?

that would be wonderful!but would you be able to keep everything in control?or would you have someone else do it for you?

I would conquer earth in the name of god. I would kill all the non-believers and do what god will not; eliminate free will.
