When the line is drawn across the sand, will you want to go across?
Or will you just stay where you are, and count it as a loss?

Once the case is closed, I wonder what you'll have to say.
Will you tell me that you're happy now, or reminisce 'bout "yesterday"?

Once the chapter's finished, will you have made up your mind?
Or will you put the book down and try to finish some other time?

'Cause once the fat lady sings, I don't know where I will be.
But I know that I'll be dissapointed if you're not there with me.

That one is fantabulous. I love the rhyme scheme and the feeling and meaning behind it comes across loud and clear, without being pushy, just pondering. It's very well written. Good job.

Why thank you! ^_^ I didn't think anyone would like this one, honestly. It's kinda soft for my tastes, but I guess it is a good one. I'm not really unsatisfied with this one, I just didn't think anyone--including you--would really like it.
