Thread: Chained

Stuck in one place
Not able to move
Pain is constant
My will is fading

Slashes rip through my flesh
Crimson fluid oozes down my back
I cry out in pain and agony
My captors laughter rings in my ears

The sharp flick of metal against flesh
Another wound has been garnered
I clench my jaw and close my eyes
Against the scream fighting to escape

The hours pass by in unrelenting pain
My inflicted torture never ends
Over and over my vision is blurred
Blood, sweat and tears begin pooling together

My wrists and ankles are unchained
My broken beaten body slumps to the floor
Taking in the comfort of the cool stone
Ragged breaths my lungs are taking

My comfort doesn't last that long
My captors roughly drag my upright
Shoving me in the direction of the door
I stumble and fall trying to block the pain

They grab me under my arms
Seeing that I have no strength
Drag me down the hall to a door
One that I had hoped never to enter

I try to struggle and free myself
But my attempts are feeble and fail
They shove me through and lock the door
To my horror I see, what occurs in nightmares.
