Chances are that we might ever
come to see the same point of view.
how things should be and the tears
of love flow so freely on our cheeks,
why this seems to be i do not know.

Chances are that with every good
intention all I'm doing is loosing you,
there nothing i am doing that is wrong,
there no secret to be told or even a little
lie.

Chances are that things will just disappear
and all those times i said I'm sorry with
be forgotten , nothing can be saved or
even redeemed at this point in our lives,
the chance i took is finally gone.

Chances are that when you read this
i want be there for you to have a
shoulder or even arms to keep you comforted
when you need them most , time and time again
all i ever did was just waist my time never seeing
who the real you was and just took what you gave.

Chances are that your be alone and
i will be nothing but a black spot on your
soul as i walk away for ever regretting
everything i put you though but that's OK
because i had my chance and now i throw it
