I really liked it... makes me want to get in a romantic scene and talk like that to some one
This is a poem I wrote...but I took part of the title from another of my poems because it suited this poem much better..I hope you all like it ^-^
Your hand traced a trail up and down the
curve of my back, the star burned imprint
around your iris stared back at me as
our eyes tangled together.
The cool of your breath rested at my ear, a
smile lurked its way onto my face.
Moving my lips to gently touch to yours an ache
makes its way through the folds of my brain through to
the blood coursing my veins.
As the wings from your back unfold quivering
slightly from bottom to top, they enclose me;
drown me, soul and all.
You are the hope that cradles me through
the loneliness in this purely dreamed kind
of life.
Now a breath may I intake?
