this is my first poem I have written, so please go easy on me!
this poem came to me while I was doodling.
Click, click, bang.
Why do we live our lives in such fear?
We fear for all that is dear
Violence is all around
Putting people in the ground
Click, click, bang goes the gun
Even while we have sun
Murder, rape when will it end?
This is the message we must send
There is a gun held to my head
There is nothing more to be said
Click, Click, Bang.

it's short but it has a very good rhyming scheme and it made me to continue reading it :2thumbs:
