Confused
I’m spinning in circles,
Not sure of which way to go.
I go one way and fall down.
Right now there’s nothing that I know.

Everything contradicts itself.
Nothing is close to clear.
Fuzzy, blurred remains of memories.
My thoughts have disappeared.

I’ve never been so confused.
All I see is you,
Your stone cold eyes staring at me.
But now that is blurred too.

And for all this I’m at fault.
I made a big mistake.
And now it always haunts me-
Even when I’m not awake.

Maybe love isn’t real
Maybe its just code for pain.
Maybe the people who try to find it
Simply drive themselves insane.

I still want to love you,
But confusion keeps me away.
Will you come and save me?
Is everything gonna be okay?
