Seconds pass by and the clock's ticking away;
Twisting and turning, not knowing what to say.
Hardly eating, hardly sleeping, often staring the hours away;
Could it possibly be that my heart has given it's sway?

Feeling numb, drained, and drenched in the cold rain;
Absorbing the sadness, I beg someone to heal this pain.
Then you came with the warmth this heart has been longing;
Could it possibly be you that I've always been searching?

The traces of him leaving, had left scars of me pleading;
Clearance of this sorrow, I have always been waiting.
Still you're here with that sweetness to my ears;
Could it possibly be you, after all these years?

This weeping heart that was stabbed by a knife;
You've gladly given blood, breathing a new life.
Relishing the passionate rush that is in my veins;
Could it possibly be you that would make this anguish wane?

Comforting grace, you have always blessed upon me;
Now feeling blind, for not being able to see.
Left in the shadows, now enlightened by your presence;
Could it possibly be you that fills my life's lacking essence?

Could it possibly be... could it possibly be;
These questions have always bothered me.
Come up to me and make me blissful by your 'yes';
So now my heart could have its final rest.

uhm... this is my second poem to make and post in AO... ^^;; i just felt like writing one... i hope i've improved though... ^^;;;;; i think the end part sucks. it just kinda stopped... suggestions are really much needed... lol.. thanks... ^^

wow... i'm not superb as you say Sagara-san... ^^;; i just typed it all out, made some edits and it unconciously rhymed at the end... thank you very much... ^_^ you don't know how much you made Pam happier today... ^^

and hmmmm.... Sagara-san should post some here too! i know you compose songs, so you would make a lovely poet too!! ^___^
