Thread: In the dark

I've come through a thousands night with a sadness that never ends,
eternal into an abyss darker then the night.
You cannot escape death,
it contunues forever.
Just like snow,
falling on your shoulders.
Not all scars show,
not all wounds heal,
sometime you can't always see the pain someone feels.
What's the point in smiling if you have no one to smile for.
Fallen angels at my feet,
whispered voices in my ear,
death before my eyes,
lying next to me I fear.
She beckons me,
shall I give in?
Upon the end I begin?
Forsaken all I've fallen for,
I rise to meet my end.
I stand alone in the darkness,
I walk through the valley of shadow of death,
with me but my shadow.
Lost in a world of darkness.
