i live in the water and am the daugter of the sea
promised to someone who says i am his property.
Where all i should have done was smile and sing
i should not have let my heart give in.

Born to serve and follow one man
Born to say yes and not question
Born to learn and say with all that i can
and never wondering what it is like with you.

Where i will never be
the person i was meant to be.
