Thread: Evil...

All I see is words written down. They dont give me any feling or anything to think about. Writing poetry is more thanjust writing down words.

Bah I jus wrote it I'm not a poet but I wanted to see the results ;/ guess I'm not good lol Eh I'll make one more but I'll give it time and thought maybe a week? I'm not sure how people actually write poetry it seems so deep in thought... can ya give me pointers or is that something thats a werid thing to ask? O.o

First thing first, you dont have to be a poet to write poetry. And I personally believe there are no bad writrs. And I sure as hell believe no one should give up on anything they're interested in.

All I can say is, in my opinion, poetry is a mix of emotion, literary devices, and voice. If you have something to say, it will come out. Whether in poetry, speaking, or any other type of writing. Dont try to force anything out in your poetry. Go with the flow and try to learn about the literary world.

Hmmmm.... I do have things to say, but I can't really expresse them into sentences I think... I sometimes make a good thought of a poem when I'm really deep in thought but after that its like its forgoten... hmmm is there a way to really expresse something you can't remember?

Well, if you cant remember it how can you express it?
