About how your kiss felt
Somehow in that moment
I knew that I loved you
To lay and be held
In your arms like glue
The warmth of your kiss
On my neck starting fire
I kissed your hand
But your lips I desired
I could have lain
With you there all night
But then you left
I’m alone in the night
The darkness of absence
Your absence from me
I sit and I hope
That you’ll answer my plea
I would be bereft of happiness
If ever I lost your hope and care
For me to sit alone in loneliness
Nothing left to fill but despair

it started out as nice and sweet and full of love, then somehow it dropped the emotion into a little despair and darkness... very good! I love the transition you used.... well, just one thing though... the "glue" thing seemed a little distracting... it doesn't seem to fit the poetic words you have started the poem with... great job anyway!
