The flower

The Flower.

Floating like a fluffy cotton.
Dancing to the rhythem of the wind.
Dreamy and creamy like the milky way.
Flowing with no exact destination.

A small dust.
So puny.
So tiny.
With big anticipation.

Flies on and on.
Carried by the howling wind,
with changing scent and colour.
Into smokes and fresh airs.

Hoping for one day to meet you.
The one for me.
Nobody else.
Just you...

Where might you be?
Wanders away and travels far.
Crossing the seven seas,mountains,
rivers,crossroads,forests....

My long for the one.
Never changes as the climate does.
In fact,
It grows vast in my empty spaces.

Meeting with different souls,
teaches me about the world.
Makes me mature.
Wakes me up of my dormant side.

Never to be scared anymore.
Continues my journey alone.
Hovering like a bumble bee
among the sea of colourful petals.

For the only flower.
My red satin shiny blossom.
Where i shall lay the seeds of love.
Though i will have to endure the thorns...

A beautifull poem... made me speechless ^^ You can write happy ones still my favs stay the dark ones from the past...dunno why...

This poem is in very happy colors, made me think about the dust flying above the grass when dandelions have grown and about a sea ofcolorful spring flowers and about red shiny satin poppy petals... nice!!! ^^
