Fly birdie fly.
There comes a time in every chicks life,
That she has to learn to fly birdie fly,
Because at that point you can't deny,
All the kernels of truth wrapped in lie.
Because the pains too much to stay and roost,
Her self esteem needs a giant boost,
All the views of the world are so obtuse,
It makes me want to prepare a noose.
But with the sun on your face,
It's so hard to want to leave this place,
I need to find me a little taste,
Of my own wonderland, I'll find it in a quick pace.
Because I can't bare to sit here and rot,
Because they all treat me like I'm not,
Worth fighting for, or my opinion being saught,
All these people need manors to be taught.
And as the says go by,
And releasing a sigh,
This little chick is going neigh,
And I will fly, baby fly.

Re: Fly birdie fly.
Wow...I'm really suprised to get even this much feedback on this one. I didn't think it was really worth anything because I wrote it in about two minutes while I was having a mild tantrum. I'm like that sometimes. SO! I'm glad you liked it so much! Thanks!
