Forest
Follow the path into the forest
The one cover by trees and overgrown
At the end you’ll find a peaceful place
Where a gentle river flows
I can hear the birds sing
As I watch the sun set
From the watery mud bank
I’ve found someplace worth being
In a town I thought was only hell
Beauty is all I see
As the light shines down from the green leaves
I close my eyes
And drown out everything else
All the garbage in my head
I refuse to listen to it anymore
If such a spot exists
In a world such as this
Then maybe there’s hope for me
Even after it all

Interesting, makes me think partially of my way of writting, but not quite, you can check out mine to see what I mean, Tales of Renewal. I see lots of positivity in what you wrote and hope well under way. White Mage suits you quite well
