Thread: Forking Spoons!

Interesting poem. I didn't really get it but I got the general idea. Good job. Keep it up.

rele liked the title and the play on words. this is a style classic to poets everywhere, the age old question of where am i going, and am i doing what i want. i would have liked it to be longer, but that is only because the poem is very good. the rhyming sceme is nice and probably the best choice for this kind of poem, and the ideas convered here would be nice. i would suggest to extend the poem, but using more plays on words. nice poem overal and very enjoyable (found myself reading it multiple times and laffing )

@.@ hmm..to find the spoon but hit the fork instead.... sheesh....deep? i dont get it too...

but it is a nice style... a good poem there.. ^^

I'm glad you all liked my extremely short poem. For those of you who don't understand this one, I'll try to explain.

When you're trying to make a decision that pulls you both ways, it's like driving until you hit a fork in the road. The "spoon" is kinda like my happiness, or my well-being rather. So, this poem is pretty much about the choice in life I have to make that can very well change my life and the others around me. So, it's like hitting a fork in the road while driving to get spoons. Which way will one take to obtain said spoon?

dont fallow the paths make a new one and create a trail! I'm oppositional! So I usually wont fallow others! I make my own choices, (some times) Well that is just what i would do. i thought that was funny! Keep it up yo!
