I stand before,
A Forsaken door.
I wish to go in,
But I can't.
I can't bring myself,
To open that door,
The door that you closed off.
For that door,
That forsaken door,
Leads to your heart.
I have no right to go there,
I own no right to enter.
For all the damage I have done to you
All the pain and misery.
The only thing now that I wish to do is,
To tell you,
I miss you,
I need you,
I love you,
But most of all,
I am sorry,
But,
No matter how hard I try,
I can't open that door,
That Forsaken door,
Not even for a minute.

i cry inside for life anew i die each time im torn in two i live for earth and die for none along comes a god who will always bring peace and tranquility
Oh my I love this. It kind of reminds me of how I felt after my first love broke up with me. Oh my you are too good at this keep on writing I am intrigrued but it.

Sometimes it's best to leave closed doors that way. As hard as it is not to rip them open. Lovely writing.

Sorry for the late respons but thank you both . Writing as weird as it may sound keeps me sain. I love to write and I thank those who encourage it I plan to keep writing. And yes most doors are best left closed I learned that the hard way.
It kind of makes me want to cry. You evoke the feelings of regret and pain and longing so well it's like a direct flashback, and yet it heals. You have a wonderful gift; I look forward to what you will write in the future.
Tears are the feelings that a heart can no longer hold.
