Thread: Her new high

lol hell no you definetely reached a new high with this one sprout i like it but come on man sprout on the side shit its the entree you have to worry bout but i guess in this case the entree is pretty much burnt at this point service has been crappy!!

Dude sprout this one has your humor back in it. however you are getting better, kind of doing what I do, putting your emotional "chi" into your writing? lol keep it up and let the feelings out.

LOL, the entree's burnt, the service sucks and the "employee" is unreliable. That makes for one f***ed up resturaunt. You really think I hit a new high, eh? Funny, that's the name of the poem. ^_^

Yeah, I've been workin' hard on keepin' the humor in my work. Lately, it's all been uber dark. It's good to see that you and Lasura prefer the funnier stuff. And, I've been inspired to put that emotional "chi"--as you called it--in to my work. The last few poems I wrote seemed kinda dull up until this one.

Very deep words indeed. This is about someone who's pretty much "pissed in my backyard," so-to-speak. I hate him with all my guts and I'm pretty sure he knows it. Long story short, he's the backstabbing "best friend" you'd never want in your life.

I really like the way you wrote this. Though the subject matter makes me squirmy. It's well written and the flow is lovely. I like the humor mingling with your anger. It makes for an interesting mix. I wish you'd write more....not depressed stuff.

This one was very amusing. I like how you wrote it, though for me... the flow seemed a bit long in parts of it. It just may be that I'm comparing to my style, as mine usually follows a flow like a river, but that's just me. Anyway, I'll be sure to read some more of your stuff sprout. Later

I guess I can understand why it makes ya kinda squirmy. I'm glad you like it at the least. I've been doin' more humorous stuff lately. I dunno how it started again, but I'm glad I can still do it. ^_^

Well, we all can't be "perfect". But I'm glad you took the time to read it. ^_^ I did the best I could to keep the longer parts from bein' too long. I guess I had too much to say with what little time I had to work on this (When I'm at work, I gotta be sneaky here on AO). I'm glad you were amused by this one. I was too, LOL.
