I didn't mean to treat anyone like dirt.
It's not like I tried to make you hurt.

I figured I'd try a second time.
I didn't know I'd change my mind.

I didn't mean to cause a big scene.
Perpetual drama is not really my thing.

You're friends ask you questions and jump the gun.
I didn't want to embarass you in front of everyone.

I didn't mean for any of these problems to arise.
For that, my friend i must apologize.

This entire poem sounds like a LIE to me. And if you dont like drama, you could perhaps try being honest and careful with peoples feelings.

I like the structure of the poem as well as the theme.About the intergrity of the poem..well,i can't say much but yeah...honesty is the best policy when it comes to dealing with people.
