We have that something special

But the darkness hides a secret
Of the forbidden love we share
If she knew she would kill me

We both have someone special
Someone who can never know
A person we want to spend our lives with
But still...how did we come together

We weren't satisfied with the chaste love of our partner
The sweetness of their touch
We wanted something desperate
Something that was wrong

I know I'm taking the easy way out
But neither one of us wants to let go
On shaky ground we founded this relationship
Nothing will help this to grow

You must understand that i love him so
But my feelings for you run deep as well
I can't will them away
That would make me an empty shell

Sinning
Betraying the one I love
Everyday...every moment

What I'm doing is so sick
But god only knows how fun
Its dirty but so intoxicating
Its dangerous and i love that thrill

Am I even human?
To betray someone this way?

I was looking so despretly to fill a void that wasn't there

that was great. you really know how to express yourself. my only problem though was that the flow of it was a little difficult to get through it. but other than that it was great.

i felt so much emotion from reading it. its just great. keep up the great work.

Defiantly not my type of poem, to sad and depressing. I wanna see happy and joyful ! Anyway other than the fact its depressing its pretty good, the flow might need a little work but i know you can better yourself :2thumbs:.

I really liked this poem. Although it didn't flow as nicely as I wished it would have I really got the overall feeling through it anyways.
