A fluffy white coat
Whimpers softly and helplessly
Shivering and crawling
The gestures of those through infancy.
Widened eyes staring blankly,
It yelped and crawled again.
In a small world of its
A little basket with fabric lain.
What does it wish for?
What does it look for?
Will fate stare upon it like its mother’s silky fur?
What is in store for it?
It matters not
Still it whimpers of cold
Still it yelps for attention
It is little and it is bold.
Ready to experience
Ready to explore.
The little one sets out
Starving for more
As it is petted and cared
It barks happily.
A little home
For a little silly.

like ,wow ...that was great! ^_^ ....that inspired me =D ...now i think Im goin to write poem on a dog ..lol ..nyc work !XD
I hear of a place that is made of gold,
a place where we shall never grow old,
But one answer I have not heard at all,
will there be paw prints from my little dog?
He promised us joy right from the start,
I just wonder if she'll be a part.
So as I sit here and dream of the day,
I wonder if heaven she will stay?
When your walking down with the saints of old
take a glimpse of that new road and if there you shall see,
Maybe a pawprint just for me.
Made in responce for RayMe's beautiful poem
"I love him that with him all deaths I could endure. Without him I live no life."
Wow.. a lovely response.. breath taking really... but I wonder what may be the hidden message behind this lovely poem...

*smiles slightly* your a smart guy. you'll figure it out eventually.
"I love him that with him all deaths I could endure. Without him I live no life."
Its about how that there are... heaven for doggies.. so far I could see.. hmm the author is trying to picture what happens to the "lost" doggy.. and whether it will see heaven. The remnants of the paw would mean memories the doggy left behind

your close to the heaven part but it was more asking the heavens to locate the doggy and the heaven's response to that plea would be the prints that lead you off the road. however you love your doggy enough to do whatever it takes to see it again. The road is beautiful, so beautiful in fact that creates a dreaming state in your mind and in the end the final pawprint leads you to your doggy.
"I love him that with him all deaths I could endure. Without him I live no life."
How could a poem about a doggie...BE SO FANTASTIC????!!! *sobs*
Death is as generation is, a composition of like elements, and a decompostion into the same.
