The organ plays as he walks alone,
the nomad , the vagabond a life never
meant to have meaning , he let his heart
be open once and he truly found purity
of passion and love.

She loved him & had a child he gave
up the life that was dark and full
of unexpected pain and lust , for a
life that was predictable , and reassuring
there was always a hope for a better day.

She hugs him saying she loves him always.
then tragedy takes what was once happiness
and turns it into a melody for that organ to
play once more , yes that pipe organ that
plays its sadness.

The melody beckon him back to the road
to be always alone but now with a tortured
soul , something that can never be gotten rid of.
he stands there like a mad man laughing at the rain,
no incoherancy or understandable meaning to his life.

Always thinking of her and his child never daring
to love or touch another person again as the road
becomes his lover and his bride and his child becomes
that numbness that will never go away , this man he
stands alone as the night goes to day and he just wants
it all to goaway forever.

this poem is about how being alone all your life then
suddenly changing how your ued to living can affect
you once you let love in as well as a new life , im not
saying its true for everyone but this poem is for those
who would rather keep from being touched in the heart
just so they can live day by day in that corner that
was made just for them.
