Lullabye


Black lipstick upon his cheek
Red Blood, seeping from cut's so deep.
Hangover from night before
The gun is lying by the door.

In the stars, he seeks the truth.
But darkness is the only route.
I wonder why it has to be'
Pain is the only thing we receive.

Sing of life and sing of death.
Sing of pain and sing of regret.
Why isn't we can never sing.
Of love, and good things happening?

Hope is dyeing in us all
To safe us once is to watch us fall
And to see are heartbreak as Oftenly viewed
Is to see the sun in the sky at noon.

I see the frequent break in the hearts.
The diamonds aren't showing up as much.
And everyone is loosing fate
No one cares what they end up like.

The reason we can't live life out.
Is because you're holding us down
You think your better cuz your clothes!
But in the end you're all but a Pose
