maybe/maybe not...a pure love
I have been put down.
Ignored, bullyed.
No one had really cared.
But any problems I had.
You were always there.
Never looked down on me.
Not even for the most stupid thing.
I kept my love a secret.
Even when I knew I could tell you.
I had given hints.
You didn’t notice.
I tried to flirt.
Witch I didn’t know how.
I wrote a poem.
Told to go for it.
I told you.
Did you really mean those words you said?
You’re all I can think about while I’m lying here –
Looking at the sky.
With the love growing more strong by the day
Even if the love you have for me is not pure.

This poem sounds like the most part of my teenage years cause I went though the same thing. I was treated babdly sometimes and had crushes on guys that I pitched every hint I could throw at them and none of them got it. I never tried again till I became an adult and it finally worked. I couldn't believe it,but I was so happy it did.
