My Home Is Nowhere

I have to leave sometime
But it's impossible
Why don't I go home?
Because home is nowhere
I go home to an abusive cousin
He dosen't even care
It's so lonely and quiet
No one to talk to
Your home is like paradise
People who love you
People to talk to you
You don't know how lucky you are
My home is like
Walking into a nightmare
I'd go anywhere else but my home
Because my home is nowhere.....

it's good... it has something to it...

but i think if you developed the feelings a bit more, maybe give a bit more form to the poem itself. i think that would have made it a lot better...

I could relate to this in some way in my past years... Where I didn't want to go home... I'd rather stay at a friends place... I get the feeling of despair when I read it... Probably cause I have felt like that at one point of time...

"To lose hope is like dying; no will to live..."

I really, really like this poem, because it has a lot of thought in it, it should make people think and realize how happy they should be about having a home with loving family, it did make me realize... nice work
