Can't you see? Don't you care
I want to die?
Don't you listen? Can't you hear
My silent cry?

Won't you turn? can't you hold
me to your heart?
Are you afraid of what might follow
Once you start?

Would you rather not believe
im in such pain?
That all your sense and good advice
must be in vain?

Would you rather tell yourself
I'll be ok,
and all this adolescent angst
will go away?

AH! Would I also swim across
this lake alone!
but if you cannot swim with me
I know i'll drown.

i feel like there's chaos in ur mind....u have questions to ask those u hate n ask them to face u....yet it cannot done.......anyone attempting to be you.......will only drag u down......feels rather smooth then sort of rough towards the end.

^Blade X: yes this poem was initually supposed to be rather rough and heartfilled. So i think i got pretty bang on there. And cheers to you for getting it Interpreted. Very close to what i was actually feeling at the moment of making this poem.
^Royal Cutie Pie:this poem was initually ment for my mother. She shunned me aside for most of my life but i still loved her. i wanted her to love me back. I needed her there, etc etc. If you see one of my previous poems however, you will see how i feel now about my mother.

Also, ive been asked told that this poem seems like im talking to a lover...but no. Whenever i write about my mom people think this lol. but no way. Pm me anytime peoples.
