I just cant get it out my head.
And I wonder why.
Yet somehow, there's still tears to shed.
Wishing apon a starless sky.
All thats left in my posession.
Is a dark and blackend night.
Forgive me please, for my obsession.
For my shooting star has taken flight.
It wont come back, but Im still seeking.
Suppose some people never learn.
Out my window I am peaking.
Though, there's no sign of its return.
My wishes wander aimlessly,
Floating in a midnight sea.
Yet, I'm still wishing shamelessly,
For what will never be.

this one is really awesome and wishing
for that which will never come back
is what most do because hoping againt
hope is all that most have left.
just like waiting for someone against
all the odds because thats all you can do
and thats what it will take to keep you sain.
but dont let those tears drown you because
eventualy a new shooting star will come but if you keep
looking for the old one the new one will pass you by
and you want notice.
