Thread: Never forget you

This is my first poem tread. I wasn't really into poems untill my friend and school introduced it to me. but this is to my friend name Zero



People see you as a cat,
But I see you as a friend,
From the first day I touch
Your dark gray and white fur.
I knew you was the one

Born outside,
But live in my home,
A funny, young tomcat,
Everyday a new experience.

Troublesome at times,
But I know you were always sorry,
Cause everyday when you come to home,
You leave a flower at the doorway.

Years grow up and so do you,
And when you become lazy,
And sick,
I started to realized your end was near.

Sneezing, coughing, and long hours
Of sleep,
Never really ate cause it will,
Never rest in your stomach.

Mostly 10 years old, and
Is staring to suffer.
I can’t bear to see you in pain.
So I did the wisest thing possible.

A friend told me,
He will in a better place now,
Where his soul is free,
Happy with a buffet of fish and milk.

Fair well my beloved friend,
NOT pet. Friend.
I will never forget you
Ever!
I now and will always believe you are the one.
