The Night

Shrouded by darkness
My Light eyes flutter open tonight
Dully looking aorund boredly and arising slowly
Walking in to a black midnight
Like a zombie, apart from the world and silent
I see a figure
Jumping and almost begining to feed
When i see your face, I stop
Back away reveals a mysterious figure
Knowing who you are
Smiling sweetly, apologizing
I Hug you
You hug back, lovingly
Then as daylight creeps
As a cat does when stalking a mouse
Sadly looking upon your face
Needing to leave, apologizing again
Exchanging goodbyes, hugging and kissing
Silently leaving, heart actually beating
I know in my heart that...................
I Love You
i wrote this in honor of ,y b/f chris and for valentines day.............when i was sick........

It's sweet... I've written a poem for a friend. He loved it... I'm sure your b/f will love this one too. I love the last line, though it's is often hard for me to say to anyone outside my family. ^_^

Font is a little hard to read, though. Might want to write another one of your poems in a darker color.

But I liked the poem. It was very sweet. ^ ^ Hope your boyfriend enjoyed it!
