No matter what you say,
Even if you're different physically from everyone,
Even if the colour of your skin is not common,
It doesn't matter to me cause I fell in love with you,
The person inside and your mind.
I feel my heart has been given to you,
As you have given yours to me to cherish.

Even you wanted me to live a happier life without you,
I can't do that cause i'm happy being with you,
I love the way that you seem so strong at times,
But letting me protect and comfort you when you feel weak,
I keep the image of your beautiful face in my heart,
Cause that keeps me going,
Reminding me that there's someone waiting for me,
Someone I feel that I'll end up with,
And grow old with you.

Even when i'm studying and just walking down the street,
I want to be with you walking with you,
Holding you in my arms,

I liked the way it flowed, even though it dosn't rhyme. Also, how you kept repeating about your heart really emphasized the love! hehe

This poem MOST definitely deserves a lot of praising words!!

Dude, this poem is super awesome!!! All the love your poured into it can easily be perceived from start to finish! I can say, without a ghost of a doubt, that both of you are truly feeling great love for each other. That is plain amazing!!! In my opinion, with all honesty, I call this true love, my friend, because you both love each other for you are, not for anything external. ^_^
