Not the one

I'm not stupid
I know what type of guy is wrong or right
But when I look at him
All those notions take flight

Something about his voice
And the way that he talks
All cocky and arrogant
The same as his walk

Just looking at him
A sigh escapes me
So tough, truly bad
But his type stays free

I could tell from the start
He will never be THE ONE
But why pass this up...
It’s just a little fun

lol Ok this is gonna sound stupid
but everytime I read the title
I think about that old T.V. show
the one about a dinosuar family
and whenever someone tried to babysit or talk to the baby dinosuar
he would hit them (mainly the father lol)
and say "not the mama"
lol! don't know why but it gets me everytime lol just had to say that

What's funny about that is I remember that show!!! lol! I never thought of it like that but it is funny to see the title knowing that! lol! Either way you still did a great job with the poem! End rhyme is not my style I do more free verse poems, but no one really reads them!lol!

I can relate to this peom...I even wrote a peom for a guy I thought was the one, but who broke my heart...it's called "Thoughts of Suicide"...

I haven't read one of yours yet I don't think
but I have excusses!!!! lol wanna hear 'em?
no? lol well I tried =P
I prefer to write my poems so they rhyme
It's easier lol yeah I know thats bad =P
but free verse poems are usually very "deep"
and I don't know about that ...
if I tried it they would just turn out to be sentences and not poetry ...
lol so I stick with safe stuff

lol! it's not really about anyone actually I juist wanted to give a lil feel for what I would be thinking in that situation lol make sense? idk oh well=P

I believe in faries, dragaons, good men, and other fanticy creatures...oh, would you like to hear 'thoughts of suicide'?? it might not be good, but it's personal and true

lol yeah it's does seem like a fantasy but I'm sure there are some good men out there...you just have to really look for them and right now I'm not that
commited lol my motto is if you can dream it it can happen sooooooo fey folk and dragons come on! lol
