Confusion , frustration , aggravation ,
its what we go through everyday ,
let the music play on , let it take
your worries away once again , things
will be better , yeah sure they will.


Retaliation , identification , solitude ,
its how we live , how we define who we
are nothing will keep that loneliness
away forever , let the music play
on , things could be better then again
who knows , only god does.

Creation , inspiration , desperation ,
you don't even know what life is about
as you go through life always thinking the world
is against you , always acting like your going
to die because you don't realise whats going on.

Some times things just seem so angry and
bleak why cant you see its just how things are,
there has always been conflict , you shouldn't
be so surprised as things just keep going and the
world keeps spinning.

Equation , amplification , deafening , its
all to much some times your senses get an
over load and you go over the edge , why have
you gone so far refusing to let things go away?,
just let life go don't try and work things to where
they work just for you.

this poem is about how people go through life
trying to make since of things when all they should try
to do is accept what they have , though for some striving
to be the best can be overwhelming and can hurt more than
help.

A really great poem again Chris ^^ I like it very much and I agree with all that is said in it- the main thing is to understand what you have and to enjoy your life as it is, with all that's good and bad.

I really liked this part: "let the music play on , let it take your worries away once again" and the second time too... It just made this poem into a song, into something where you can hide- disappear in a poem just as you disappeare in a song...

Thats my favorite part... Somtimes I try to make myself deaf to the world around me. It never works for me though.
