    ^_^ Ah, I used to be a poet... until I saw how good my darling was... she has so much potential, I thought I might as well pass the torch onto her.
    She'll surpass me in many things... and I'm proud of that.


    But... because my darling asks of me... :

    Sometimes...
    The future is so clear...

    But could it really be?
    Could it really be clear?

    Sometimes...
    The past is so hazed...

    I can't see it...
    But I can feel it...

    Sometimes...
    The present has disappeared...

    I see that neither past nor present matter.
    Neither future nor experience exists.

    Hell, what am I saying?!

    There is a river now...
    that wasn't there before...

    and in this river that wasn't there before...
    is a memory flowing down a finite stream...

    the memory in this river now...
    will go on and on...

    this river will be dry...
    this river will end like it came...

    but this memory...
    this simple memory...

    this simple memory will live on...
    and on and on and on...

    because this memory...
    this precious little memory...

    is when i said...
    i love you...
    this didn't happen... but doesn't it sound like something that would? ^_^ it came to mind when i saw the LA river and was thinking of my one and only!
