Preoccupied

In you, I see my future goals being achieved.
You're my current investment.
I hope the mistakes that others make,
Won't ever keep you in resentment.

When you smile, Its like the oppertunities I missed.
Are there for you to take.
Learn from my all the mistakes I've made.
I'll be there for each footprint you make.

When you speak, you're the essence of innocents.
You're the reason I rise, the core of my pride.
You make me feel better than any person or drug.
I'll never get preoccupied.
