Promise

Promise me you'll never hate me.
I need to know that you and I will
always have eachother, no matter what.

Assure me that you will be here
for me, because I will be there for
you; regardless of date, time or location.

Tell me that you'll never forget
what we had, the love we share
or the bond you and I have together.
I need you in my life regardless of our position.

Because I promise you this:

I will never let anyone hurt you.
I will never forget US...

I will never abandon you or lead
you astray. I will always be your
shoulder to lean on when you cannot continue.

I will always love you.
I will always try to lend a hand.
I will always remember the "good days".

The days when I had you and you had me...
