On the sidewalk you can see
the tears of the sky falling down hard.
It falls down from the gray blanket of
clouds, only to hit the ground and disspear.
Thunder sounds, as if the Gods themselves
are letting out a battlecry; scaring children
and adult alike. The storm fears no one.
I stand outside of my home and I stare at
the rain. Wondering whether or not I should
join the sky in a good cry. Just as the thought
passes, the sky begins to part.
The sun is visible behind a few clouds and
the rain turns in to a light sprinkle.
Birds start to chirp and children come out
to play. During all this, a smile hits my face.
I really need to do something about this
seasonal depression...

^-^ I liked this one.. it started out kinda sad and everything but you turned it into something happy... >< my my that just sounded cheesy.. anyway.. I liked this poem and i would love to see some more from you. ^-^ keep up the good work. ^-^

There was something I didn't like about it despite it being well written and worded. I donno. I like the idea though. Seasonal depression sucks though.
You never really loved me/You never really cared/It was all just a game to boost your ego/Those feelings never really there/ I'm filing emotional bankruptcy/My heart can take no more debt/Theres no more "money" there to spend. === Besides tee hee SHE loves me!
Ahh... really nice... reminded me of myself when I came back to London and just wanted to cry with the rain and sing or shout with the wind...
a nice work with descriptions and putting your feelings in it... I really enjoyed reading this. And I love the ending- it has the charm all your poems have... your poems are really down to the ground, never too lovely dovey, never too sad... I really like that.
